From Rhode Island: I-95 South to exit 69 onto Rte. 9 North to exit 3, take right onto Rte. 154, proceed .4 miles, take left onto South Main Street, The Spa of Essex is the 4th driveway on the right.

From Hartford: I-91 South to exit 22S onto Rte. 9 South to exit 3, left onto Rte. 154 continue through light 1/2 mile, take left onto South Main Street, The Spa of Essex is the 4th driveway on the right.
